How to cancel your subscription

 

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process the cancellation as soon as possible.

 

Access until end of billing period

 

After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account and can use the AI model until the end of your current billing period. This is because you’ve already paid for this period and should be able to use the services until it concludes.

 

Refunds

 

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds upon cancellation. We understand that this might be disappointing, but it’s important to explain why. The nature of our services entails costs associated with data usage and other operational expenses, even if a user decides to cancel their subscription. These are costs we cannot recover, which makes issuing refunds financially unfeasible for us.

 

Data erasure

 

Once your subscription ends, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased from our servers. This means if you wish to return and create a new account, you will need to start from scratch. We take this step to respect your privacy and to comply with data protection laws.
