Engagement

Here’s how your AI knows how to open a conversation and provide ongoing support.

The most important part of the engagement training room, is the start prompt section. Starter prompts are shown to users after they sign up to your AI. They give an easy starting place for users to begin their conversation.

Add starter prompts that you want to audience members to ask and make sure those prompts are in your training data with the perfect completion to go along with them.

Remember:

  • They should be questions or statements from the client’s perspective
  • You need to have them toggled “on” to show in the chat
  • Hit “save” when you’re done
  • Test the starter prompts in fine-tuning

Here’s Ben with more information:

In this video, I guide you through engagement in training room 3. I cover starter prompts, how much information your AI needs to collect before offering advice or coaching, as well as the degree to which your AI should rely on the training data you provide.

I also explain what your AI should say when it doesn’t have the necessary information. Pay attention to the slider settings and recommendations based on your training data and coaching style.
